Exhaust Wars

The saga of Darth Hemi's exhaust is a four-part series

Episode I:  Attack of the Clones
The stock exhaust is clearly not meant to be a hot rodder's system of choice.

Episode II: A New Hope
Wanting to improve the exhaust sound on the cheap, while at the same time bumping up performance, I cut off the evil suitcase and replaced it with a pair of performance mufflers.

Episode III: The Phantom Menace
I decided just cutting the suitcase out of the picture wasn't good enough.  Those so-called resonators -- which are really mufflers when it comes down to it -- were still on there. They must die.

Episode IV: The Empire Strikes Back
So far my bill for exhaust work was low enough I could live with chucking it out the window.  But this next step takes me over the edge.  I had to get it right here or risk an aneurism when I have to try yet again.  What to do?

Hey, read this:
