These cats don't go meow. They are the high-flow catalytic converters made by MagnaFlow -- with the pipes hand-built by JBA -- specially for customers of High Horse Performance.
I was privileged to be one of the first two production installs of this great product prior to their release to the general public, and Darth Hemi was the test vehicle at MoFO 4.1 where their performance gains were officially documented.
Installation was June 30 2006. Preliminary reviews were posted at LXForums.com and will make their way here as soon as I have some time to devote to this site.
