They're small, they could be designed better, they require some drilling into your interior body to mount.

However, they do make use of otherwise dead space in the Magnum. And their small size should at least partly be attributed to the fact that there isn't so much space to begin with in the area they are mounted.

For forty bucks you could do a lot worse. Hey, you blew 35 grand-plus on the car... whats another 40 bucks?
